We offer you the certain extra comfort! A full set of equipment makes your start easier and can be expanded on request.

Cleaning

We have our own cleaning staff to guarantee you maximum security and discretion. Our apartments are cleaned regularly, bed linen and towels are changed (included in the rental price). Extra cleaning is possible by arrangement and at an additional cost. During our final cleaning, the apartment is disinfected and accepted after several checks. A fresh, clean and good start is important to us.

Washing machine room

Several high-quality Miele washing machines and dryers are available free of charge in our laundry room. All apartments have a clothes hanger and box for your daily laundry.

03 –

Contact person on site

Our office is open Monday through Friday. Outside of this time there is an emergency number and email contact. Our own facility manager is available for daily minor repairs and replacements.

You can register with us. The confirmation of the accommodation provider will be given to you as soon as you have taken over the apartment.

Our apartment houses are all in one location. Enjoy the neighborly atmosphere. The site is looked after and maintained by us, everything from a single source!

How does the request work?

To rent an apartment, please send us the completed inquiry form first. We will then send you a suitable offer by email, asking you to confirm and send us your ID by email. The contract will then be prepared by us and sent to you by email. As soon as the contract has been signed by both parties, the booking is valid.

How long can I book a apartment?

Our minimum stay is one month. The longest contractual term is 6 months, but can be extended by further 6 months after it has expired.

Which documents do I need?

All we need to rent an apartment is your passport or ID.

What do I need to know about the deposit?

The deposit is 400.00 euros and needs to be transferred in advance to the landlord. After the lease expires, the apartment will be checked and the deposit will usually be returned within 14 days.
